East Bristol Brewery Trail – 5th & 6th May 2018
The May Bank Holiday is nearly upon us, which means just one thing (well, one important thing): The East Bristol Brewery trail is back.
The weather forecast is looking good so cancel all other plans and get set for not one, but five breweries opening up their doors for a whole weekend of beery brew tap delights.
It’s an opportunity to meet the brewers, explore the area and sample some great local beers from the breweries based on this side of town. The Brewery Trail runs around the start of the Bristol & Bath cycle path, and between Temple Meads and just past Lawrence Hill station.
Pick up a map at your first brewery, and if you visit all five you’re in with a chance to win a selection of East Bristol beers!
Breweries taking part:
Arbor Ales (181 Easton Road, BS5 0HQ)
Dawkins Ales (Unit 2 Lawnwood Road, BS5 0EF)
Good Chemistry Brewing (William Street, BS2 0RG)
Left Handed Giant Brewing Co. (Wadehurst Industrial Park, St Philips Road, BS2 0JE)
Moor Beer (Days Road, BS2 0QS)
At Arbor, we’ll be working through our entire range, pouring a mixture of keg and cask all weekend. We’ll also have a couple of super rare beers put back for the weekend.
Our brewery shop will be open, selling merchandise and beers to take away. We now accept card payments, though there is also a cash machine just over the road.
Our friends at Smoke Catering are back again, serving up amazing food from their massive smoker on both the Saturday AND the Sunday!
We’ll have our brewers on hand both days to answer any brew related questions.
